You receive a written specification with item codes, quantities, finish options and pricing tiers where helpful. Lead times, warranty terms and any custom fabrication notes are included so procurement and finance can sign off without repeated follow-ups.

Fixtures are staged floor by floor or wing by wing from our showroom stock - coordinated with your site programme so electricians are never waiting, with delivery arranged across Pakistan. Partial deliveries, hold lists and last-minute add-ons are handled through one project contact.

After handover we remain your single point for spare parts, driver replacements, warranty claims and add-on orders. Whether a guest-room pendant needs matching or a lobby fitting requires adjustment, the same team that supplied the project supports you.
